Mac and Annie discovered Plan-it Earth through an Arts for Health Cornwall networking event which took place inside a dome that had been built on their land by Greg Humphries. It was a long day of presentations and activities, the day before we had attended a series of talks on public art at the Tate so it was interesting to observe in comparison the positive energizing effect of such a natural setting.

The days activities involved group sessions to raise awareness of interconnectedness and biodiversity, and a session in the yurt sharing improvised making of things from natural materials

After a breif trip round Plan-it Earth seeing examples of the eco work they are doing – planting, compost toilets, charcoal making etc. we arranged to revisit the next week with Pete & Debs for a more detailed look around.
